Science Club Inauguration

 

 

The Science Club is the place for students who are interested in science to learn about all scopes of science from medicine to chemistry to physics to the environment. We discuss how to use this conceptual basis for applications in the real world. Trips are taken to museums, aquariums, and state parks.
Science is everywhere in today world. It is part of our daily lives. Advances in Technology and Science are transforming our world at an incredible pace, and our students future will surely be filled with leaps in technology we can only imagine. Being “Science Literate will no longer be just an advantage but an absolute necessity. We can’t escape from the significance of Science in our world.
The department of Science and Humanities has inaugurated the Science Club in the year 2019-20. The club comprises of both Physics and Chemistry activities. The students are motivated by conducting Quiz, Project Demonstration, Paper Presentation, Essay Writing and Elocution Competitions etc., to enhance their knowledge in Science.The modern world would not be modern at all without the understandings of technology enabled by science and the club serves a root platform to explore their ideas.

Science Day Celebrations

 

 

Science club is the common club for the I year students to develop their basic science and technology ideas. The national science day is celebrated every year to widely spread a message about the importance of science used in daily life of people. The celebration also includes science movies, science exhibitions based on themes and concepts. It also discusses about the issues in existing technologies and implementing new technologies for the development in the field of science. It gives an opportunity for our students to be an scientific minded citizens in the country.

August presence and valuable insights of Dr. Sumita Roy, Retd. Professor of English, Osmania University, Hyderabad admired and inspired our students during the Two-Day Workshop on “Imparting the Skills of Effective Communication and Professional Etiquettes”.

 

 

Department of English of KSRIET inaugurated Lingua Club for this academic year in Digi Theatre. Mr. Mukunth Sridhar, Director- Corporate Relations, KSR Educational Institutions and Mr. Gopinath Shubramani, Placement Officer, KSR Educational Institutions were the Chief Guests of this function. They shared the expectations of the corporate from the budding graduates. They also insisted the importance of communications skills among the students.
